no, don't wait. Although, the Dolphins are so bad, Tua has lost it, his arm, etc...their oline is about the worst in the NFL, The Browns' offense happily got the defense to get them the ball...

    fire stupanski anyways.

A band I'm in plays that song (I sing it).  My favorite line is, Sometimes I think it's a sin   when I feel like I'm winning but I'm losing again.  And to me, that sums up the game.  We won.  A lopsided victory.  But offensively it was a losing performance again.  We couldn't run the ball...aside from the TD run and one 17 yard gain around the right end Judkins was stuffed upon getting the handoff.  And we didn't scare anybody with our passing game.

Our receiver corps  is a bunch of practice squad players.

Great job by the D.  Campbell had a good game!  He saved a TD by chasing the receiver down....which is what Schwartz said that he liked about him, straight-line speed.   Very happy to see the D rewarded for their hard work with a bunch of INT's, fumble recoveries and even a TD!   Every week they work so hard and have to watch our inept offense lose them every game.

Glad we got a win!   But aside from Judkins, we've got no weapons...and even he's limited in what he can do.

Yeah, the offense has huge holes in vital areas… scoring points is going to be a struggle the rest of the season.

You going to the game next Sunday in Foxboro?

I've stopped going to games.  But up until fairly recently I was always at Browns games in New England.  I'll never forget the 30-0 win over Steve Grogan.  Nor can I forget the Josh Gordon game or the OnSide Kick Game.  Remember that one?  Where we had two little huddles of players at each sideline, so the Patriots kicker dribbled it straight ahead where his pals recovered it.  And Brady brought them down to beat us.  -  I was literally yelling (everyone was standing)  WHAT ARE WE DOING?!  THEY'RE GOING TO KICK IT RIGHT UP THE MIDDLE!.

  • Nice win today... But we will come back to reality next Sunday... You can best believe Vrabel will have the pats fired up!..

Oh yeah, I remember that game. I think our safety T.J. Ward might have ended Gronkowski's season during that game with a shot to his knee

  • Watched it at my campsite, glad they won. Hopefully it keeps the static away for a bit, the team needed this.

Ugly game but these are the kinds of games they lost in the past.

Could you imagine how ugly it would be this week around Berea, on local sports radio, etc if we had lost 31-6 to the Dolphins?

    Yikes.

  • Enjoyable game, defense and special teams showed up, offense was a one man show of Judkins with a Fannin guest appearance. Temu Tua's contribution was not turning the ball over but not winning anything relying on his arm. A win is always great but back to reality next week.

    Right!

There's been so much negativity ( justifiable) in the fan base, a home loss to another struggling team would have been a disaster.

The weird thing is the Browns are basically two "what if" losses from being 4-3 ( Cincy & Minnesota).

  • Once again we wore the ugliest uniforms that Jimmuh & Deee could think up.  I hate them.  But we've won both games that we've worn them...so...I could learn to love them.

That is true, we could have definitely won the Bengals game with two very makeable kicks, and the Vikings had to come back to win at the end.

But we really should have lost that Packers game too.

We are who we are. You nailed it Bob, the negativity is justifiable, but IMO most Browns fans are short-sighted when they turn all their frustration at Stefanski. The problems with this team go much higher.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I kind of like them. ?

But I love the all white throwback versions better.

(And the 2015-19 uniforms they came up with were much, much worse. I wish when they wore them last I would have been able to collect them all and burn them at the 50 yard line)

I hate to say it, but your CTE thought (and what football players do to themselves as a result) is always my first thought when someone under 60 or so passes too... Every. Single. Time. I remember hearing something years ago that the life expectancy of football players was barely better than coal miners.

He was a brick shithouse, helluva player.

And my first thought was drug overdose even before reading he was taken into custody as a break in suspect after having a medical emergency where he had broken in. Add that to it and OD takes a higher likelihood.

Oh wow, sounds like died in police custody in Oakland.

  •  First off, RIP Muscle Hamster.

Watching him power through the entire state of Georgia in college was my earliest memory of him.

It's wild still feeling young and seeing people your age die.

     Couldn't help to point out..

    - Browns are a missed exp +  FG

    - two missed blocks away from being 4-3.

This team isn't good, but they're not the worst bottom feeder and this coaching staff is not the dumpster fire many believe it is.

Haslam and Berry have to account for handing a few questionable drafts + Watson to the coaching staff and saying "work with this"
