The Official Browns vs Dolphins Game 7 Thread

  • Living in South Florida I'm getting a lot of media on the Dolphins- really is wild how far they've fallen. It's one thing when you go into a season knowing they will likely be bad, such as the Browns. It's another thing when a team like Miami had pieces and just suck.

Really is also interesting how creative McDaniel's offense can be but how it goes to absolute dog shit in less than ideal weather conditions. It's now like 13 straight games they've lost when the weather is below 45 degrees and yesterday just completely fell off the wagon. McDaniel has a good offensive mind but seems apparent he needs to get back to the OC role for a while.

  • Watched it at my campsite, glad they won. Hopefully it keeps the static away for a bit, the team needed this.

Ugly game but these are the kinds of games they lost in the past.

Tua was lost. 12/23, 100 yards, 3 INTS, 2 sacks... no tds, 3 fumbles.

they were lost. and Miami's defense was pitiful.

No, the offense did not play well.  The D held Miami to 219 total yards.  An that was 13 more yards than we got.

oh shit that's not good, but Judkins had a good day ? I saw 3td's to his name

  • this morning all i saw were some picks by tua and a td run by Judkins, and those worthless fucks going on about how miami should be better

We had 3 picks and a fumble recovery.  Judkins popped through a hole and outran the D for a 40+ yrd TD.  Aside from that he had a 17 yd run around right end.  The rest of the time he had to work his ass off to make a little something out of nothing...or less than nothing.  He added 2 wild-cat TD's from inside the 5ish yard line.

Unimpressive.  A bunch of short passes.  116 passing yards.  But no turnovers.  (one pass should've been picked)  He's playing with PS receivers.

does he have a future ? it has only been 3 games with our best pass catchers  being  tight ends ?

    As a backup, yes.

He didn't have Njoku so it was just Fannin and Whitehearst.  Fannin had 4 catches, a few guys had 2 catches.  Whitehearst caught 1 pass, started running with it and dropped it on the ground.  He had to turn around and fall on it short of the 1st down.  Clutz!

Tight End is another need for the draft. I'd like a big boy, a traditional in-line TE to complement Fannin.

We just drafted a TE.  ( i know you're aware of that )

We need 2 offensive Tackles - 1 to replace Conklin and 1 to move Jones to a backup roll or to be his startable backup.

We need 2 Guards - 1 to replace Bitonio and 1 to replace Zac Zinter.

We need 2 WR's -  to replace almost any of them.

...and...odds are, that we'll be taking a QB.

Your TE might have to come in round 7.

Yeah we love it, makes it easier to visit 2 of our sons who live in Texas & Arizona. We mix up our travels, try to see different areas of good ole USA.

Sucks about that guy getting washed to sea. Where was that?

Njoku might be gone after this year, and I was thinking later in the draft for sure. In a perfect world the first three picks would be some kind of combination of QB, OT and WR

I'm not saying you are suggesting a QB in the 1st rd because you listed that position first. I've watched (I love college ball) a lot of college ball but not all. I don't think I've seen a QB worth high 1st rd value
