I don’t know what to think of all this quite yet but l found this article helpful.

It’s basically different “experts” waxing poetic about what happens next. That will be the important part. I get the impression Venezuela has been mismanaged for so long that it’s going to take a shit ton of effort to steer it to a better place, and if we’re running it now, are we up to the task?

We’ve seen how things can go with Iraq and Afghanistan. 

Some of these experts seem to think we have set some sort of precedence for other super powers to do the same in their own spheres, which could mean bad news for places like Ukraine and Taiwan. 

I gotta admit from a tactical military perspective it was quite the feat and l hope to read about the nuts and bolts of how it went down in the coming weeks.

Iraq seems to be going fairly well.  Still have bases there and an embassy.  Or course the liberals hate anything Trump accomplishes.

Who is masking this as drugs?

I posted a video of Trump clearly saying he was going for the oil back in December.

Not only that, did you skip over the fact all of our gov't has been after this dictator for a good number of years? It's only now that Trump accomplished it and all of the sudden it's a crisis.

The invasion of Venezuela because of human rights abuses and stopping the transport of illegal drugs, although legitimate reasons, is intended to bait you liberal compassionate piggies into some level of approval . 

Trump already talked about it. Oil.

The primary reason , or secondary, or underlying reason for the takeover …which ever way you want to look at it….is having to do with oil and how having control would adversely impact both China and Russia. 

Russia depends heavily on its oil exports to fund its illegal war against Ukraine. Russia needs at least $40 a barrel. By controlling the Venezuelan refineries, we would be able undercut the Russians. 
 

China has billions invested in Venezuela, and is the largest exporter of oil to China.

Debt Repayment: Approximately one-third of the oil China receives from Venezuela is used to repay a massive debt to Beijing, which is estimated to still exceed $10 billion.
