Hold on tight to your man cards here!!!  While a lot of us LOVE the idea of John Harbaugh - the Browns want to interview Ravens OC Todd Monken.

Here's how I found that?

This makes me happy. Harbaugh kept that team competitive every year, for the most part. He really is a great coach. He transformed a sub standard qb with very little skill, other than an exceptional runner, into a top 10 qb. The Rat fans that wanted him gone, are in for a rude awakening.

45-56. He's not the worst we've had (that distinction belongs to Hue). He has made every QB he's ever had look worse. He mishandled Baker's injury. Whatever input he had on the QB position last year led to the drafting of Dillon Gabriel. Him being the most desirable candidate in this coaching cycle says more about the quality of other coaches. He'd be a middle of the road candidate any other year, and Harbaugh being freed up clearly shows that Stefanski is not near the same tier as Harbaugh.

Flacco did not look better in Cleveland than he did on his super bowl run, and he looked like shit in Cleveland this year and better in Cinci. As for your claims on Baker, they're objectively false. Here are his playoff stats by year.

I don't think there's any pressure to hire a Black HC there. They had Ozzie Newsome as their GM for a long time; and he STILL attends the combines helping out his replacement while also assisting them at the draft.  They've had DCs like Marvin Lewis and Zach Orr (as recently as this season).  Jim Caldwell was their OC in 2012 and 2013. Meanwhile, the leader of their offense is Lamar Jackson. They've had a lot of Black leaders in their organization.  If anything - I think the pressure is on Lamar Jackson.

Possibly, remember though they've had some solid teams though until lately.

One could argue they beat Pittsburgh & win the North if Kyle Hamilton played in the 2nd half.

I think in this salary cap era, teams need a bit of luck. There's basically 4-5 guys who eat up 70% ( estimating) of a team's cap. Usually the star QB has a majority of that 70%. 

You think you have your QB, you pay him and hope.

Finding out Steeler fans are envious of the Rats and Browns for the firings.

Compare Harbaughs playoff record vs Tomlins and Harbaugh has had much more success. Tomlin had not won a playoff game since 2016.

Tomlin needs to stay where he’s at.
