Are you looking at the date "By guest on January 10, 2023?"  What jumps out at you?

Nothing really. It just popped up amongst my Administration announcements I don't know what it is or who it's from. Just curious as to it's sudden placement.

Yeah, strange.  The date was weird because it was on January 10th but it showed the year 2023.
