I really do not want a 30 yr old HC. I'm not a huge McDermit fan. From what I've seen I'd just go with Schwartz. And if you don't then he's going to be looking for a way out. ( I've got a 30 yr old telling me what to do now? )

It isn't unusual for large corporations to administer such tests to potential executive hires. I don't know why it would be considered unusual for an NFL team to do so.

I have come around on that one. There is no reason he can't or won't be a good head coach. History shows that there have been a lot of 40's and 50ish head coaches who didn't pan out. Age and experience didn't help them.

this is true - I have actually seen a personality test, a vp showed me one for the fun of it. But it's tough to figure that a football head coaching position would translate personality wise to an executive position in the business world.

I'm not a fan of his game management. Especially at crunch time. Too eager to go all in...instead of playing out the bidding.
There is no reason he can't or won't be a good head coach.
And there's nothing in physics that says the wind can't blow sand particles on a beach into the formation of a sand castle. ( exaggerating example ) As Dutch said, Cleveland? You want to send a low experienced, 30 yr old first time HC to Cleveland?

Before anyone gets concerned that Syd will be in charge of teaching the English language to his 1st grand-child. DON'T!
He saves all his pottymouth Shakespeare for us & and it's precious! It works! It's like a vitamin - YOU NEED IT!
Now, forgetting last night - I could definitely get into Chris Shula. Nobody on the planet can cover Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
BTW, I know Baker Mayfield had his own male cheerleader section in here the last couple years BUT what QB from the 2018 Draft Class is the 1st to lead his team to the Super Bowl? Baker Mayfield? No; Josh Allen? No; Lamar Jackson? No; Sam Darnold? YES! No more Darnold Duck! No more attempt to read a defense intercepted by seeing ghosts! No more getting killed on crappy teams like the Jets, Carolina and where-ever else the poor guy was sentenced to.
In fact, Shedeur Sanders has received a lot of pre-mature evaluations with the current WR Corps & OTackles. Let's get him talent that makes success possible for him the way Minnesota & Seattle had in place for Darnold.

I'm fairly certain there were two QBs Tour and I agreed upon as best QBs in that class. One was Sam Darnold and the other was cough, choke, gag, wretch, ?Josh Rosen. Oh well, 50% is a pretty good completion %age on this BB.
And I agree that Darnold needed the right place with the right supporting cast. Seattle gives him that plus the great D that SB winners require. Should be a great SB this year since both QBs have all that.
