Why should it matter if they found the agents to be lying?
You need to tone down your vindictive attitude towards ICE a notch. It makes you ask nonsense questions.
How the fuck can you defend their initial interpretation when they themselves ended up establishing that the agents lied, thus having to retract their initial interpretation?
Secondly, it’s not a lie if they believed the initial accounts of the agents to be true.
DHS should first examine all the evidence thoroughly before making any conclusions. It would keep people like you going into hysterics.
Did you not see anything from DHS immediately after this incident? Calling this lady a "domestic terrorist" trying to run over agents with her car?
There's a reason why the department dropped their charges against her shortly after, and now we're finally figuring out why.

Each time, a lie is spewed immediately and the dumbest MAGA supporters echo their claims immediately. Then, after the fact, we get concrete proof they lied but the damage is already done.

The agent completes his walk around the vehicle and is again on the passenger side as the woman can be heard saying, "You want to come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch, big boy. Go ahead."
That's when two other ICE agents approach the vehicle from the other side and can be heard ordering Good to get out, a scene shown in at least three other previously published bystander videos.
The woman standing outside the vehicle says something that sounds like, "Drive, baby, drive."
Over the course of the next five seconds, the agent filming the video moves around the front of the car from the passenger side toward the driver's side, then Good can be seen turning the steering wheel to the right and the car starts to move forward; a shout of "Whoa!" is then heard, followed by three gunshots in quick succession, as the video veers wildly to film the sky.
About three seconds later, a voice can be heard saying, "F---ing bitch," as Good's vehicle is seen moving slowly down the street before the video ends. It is unclear who said those words."

the video's clearly show she punched the gas to run. "she was just trying to turn around" ??? who punches the gas to turn around, in defiance of ICE agents who are looking to arrest her for impeding traffic with her car SIDEWAYS in the road? The agents only killed her because she was using her car as a weapon. and no one else was hurt at all.
she was breaking federal law, belligerently opposed ICE agents, refused to be arrested, and lurched her car forward to leave the scene to avoid being arrested, that is how I see it.
