Wow that’s a lotta peppercorns.
I love Peppercorns...I love Prime rib encrusted with them(cracked).. And slivers of Garlic stuffed into it..

my favorite dish, during garden season, is a package of sage sausage, well browned, get most of the grease out, then add a bunch of chopped green tomatoes and sweet banana peppers, I used to add a bit of semi-hot Hungarian peppers, but I can't find them anymore.
Just simmer it, cook it down, and you have a different sloppy joe. It's an old Hungarian recipe my Dad got from a friend at work way back in the day. I still make it.
