Why TF that is the case is anyone's guess, but it's in their paperwork / disclosure.
BTW - incubation for this one is 40 days - so six weeks . . .

Spain is lost for good, France is lost for hopefully for only a few years, UK is only temporarily being spoken for by a Chamberlain coward.... the world is always changing, evil vs good - it's important to not take talked about moves literally, regarding new states...imho, - they have a different intent of communication to enemy countries.
