OKay. Can't wait to see Green.

So they are competing for QB 3 rather than fine tuning starters before game 1. OK.

Seems odd doesn't it? When he had said that they needed to play. All I can think of is with all the media flack with Monken choosing Watson he decided that he just wouldn't play either of them so it wouldn't be a distraction heading to the opener.

    I don't understand why Sanders isn't playing.

There isn't a person here who thinks Watson is starting even half the season, might as well get Sanders another quarter or two of live game play.

I think they don't want him to play and possibly play well . Would make the choice of Watson being the starter even look worse.

Yes, that's basically what I said.

As it stands, this will be a showcase for the midget. Perhaps someone will make a trade offer for him...because they have a circus of a QB room and every circus needs a midget. But I wanna see the Olympian behind the line of scrimmage.....just a-runnin', jumpin', throwin'. I mean, hey, they just drafted the guy a few months ago. I wanna see why.

  • You can't stop Luke Floriea, you can only hope to contain him.

He's in the battle for best midget.

  • Seems like DG has nailed down the QB 3 spot.

Tomorrow there'll be some saying that he should be the starter. (the anyone but Watson crowd)

  • Green should be kept on the practice squad

No, Watson should start. You don't make that change at this point. Shedufus needs to be a bit worried. He didn't look very happy while standing by himself on the sideline. I'd keep Green over Sanders.

Yeah, I noticed him standing by himself. Meanwhile Watson was with Gabriel while the D was on the field.

I don't think that Shedeur and the midget see eye to eye. Even if Gabriel is standing on his helmet.

    The QBs needed their opportunity.

My opinion of Gabriel is a lot higher than it was before this game. He even started the game with a lame pass, and I was thinking β€œSo BAD”

Luckily he got hot and showed the NFL what he is capable of.

the offseason was for β€œtuning” and selecting QB1

  • We witnessed the best first half qb play this year! Was fun!! Now back to our regular programming.

They probably don't in any sense.

We witnessed the best blocking OL this year too albeit subs against subs. Means nothing against top defensive teams though unfortunately. Let's see how our best hold up the first 6 games before drawing conclusions. Are our QBs running for their lives in 2 seconds or less or are we giving them plenty of time to go through progressions. That makes all the difference.
