Jenkins ruled out. Barber getting the nod.
I think this has better upside anyway. They were contemplating/leaning toward naming Barber the starter before Jenkins hurt his back on Wednesday.

Well the only time I went to a Browns game that they won was here in Jacksonville. Some of you all might remember that legendary day.
