Banning press from the White House

but this garbage is fine with the woodpecker, ......
House Republicans drop Jack Smith transcripts in explosive Arctic Frost records fight
The House Judiciary Committee published testimony from 5 prosecutors and a former DOJ watchdog agent
"Rather than serving the subpoena on Roy, investigators sought the records from his phone provider. A nondisclosure order (NDO) prevented the provider from notifying the subscriber about the government’s demand, essentially preventing the lawmaker from asking questions.
Duree acknowledged the practical limitation. A nondisclosure order "will prohibit a person who holds that phone number from litigating issues surrounding the subpoena," he testified.
He was then pressed as to whether he believed the act violated the Speech or Debate Clause of the Constitution that protects lawmakers."

This board is a window into the very stupid, very delusional minds of the 1/3 of Americans that still, somehow, approve of Trump and his admin
Absolutely absurd. To be so fucking stupid.

“Asking the President of the United States questions in limited spaces, such as the Oval Office and Air Force One, is a privilege that, unfortunately, has only been granted to a few. It is not a legal right for all… As you all know, for decades, a group of DC-based journalists, the White House Correspondents Association, has long dictated which journalists get to ask questions of the President of the United States in these most intimate spaces. Not anymore. I am proud to announce that we are going to give the power back to the people who read your papers, who watch your television shows, and who listen to your radio stations. Moving forward, the White House press pool will be determined by the White House press team.” -Leavitt

California addresses fraud with the 'Stop Nick Shirley Act'
California lawmakers are advancing the "Stop Nick Shirley Act," following increased scrutiny about rampant fraud in the stateDidn't hear a peep about this though that does real harm to journalist.
"In last Tuesday’s hearing, Republican Assembly Member Carl DeMaio expressed concern that the bill would dampen efforts to address fraud in the state.
“You do not provide an exemption for journalists,” he told Bonta. “You also do not distinguish between whether posting video, like (Republican Assembly Member Alexandra) Macedo, in her investigation, posted a video of, what, 90 fake hospices, and Mr. Shirley had dozens or, you know, fifty, sixty fake ‘learning’ centers for the Somali community in Minnesota. Posting the video apparently would be punishable under your law. Are you aware of those provisions?”
DeMaio continued, “This is not about protecting people from violence. This is about threatening and intimidating people who are trying to shine a light on bad behavior. If you have nothing to hide, why fear the transparency?”
But in any case, it's great to see Trump making the left cry again over something silly.

As Trump's approval rating continues to drop we'll reach the true % for his blind, devoted, die hard, moronic cultists. And members of this board will be in that % cheering on everything Trump does
The man is banning networks from the white house because he doesn't like what they say and you absolute dip shits eat up his narcissistic, absurd reasoning.
It would be hilarious if it wasn't so damaging to the country

CNBC reported:
A federal judge in Washington, D.C., heard arguments on Wednesday on President Donald Trump’s controversial ban of three media outlets from the White House.
Judge Timothy Kelly ended the hearing without immediately ruling on a request by the outlets — MS NOW, CNN, Politico — to block Trump from continuing to bar them from the White House.
“I’ll consider what you told me today. I’ll try and get you an answer as soon as I can,” Kelly told a lawyer for the outlets and a Justice Department attorney who defended the ban during the teleconference hearing that lasted about 46 minutes.
The outlets, in a lawsuit against Trump, argue the ban violates the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which protects free press rights by punishing them for the content of stories they have published about Trump and his administration.
Funny how bad you all hate Trump yet your news sources that got banned wouldn't have any ratings without him lol

Because they twist the truth and are disrespectful. Good for him for sticking up for himself.
Plenty of others that are still given the privilege to be there. Don't worry, you'll still get your dose of greatness.

I think we’re used to thin skinned Trump by now. I just hope some of the shit he does doesn’t turn in to precedence for future Presidents.

That's your opinion.
As far as approval ratings go he wasn't supposed to win the Presidency and yet...
He's also not running again, who gives a shit.

"My" news sources? I don't give a shit about CNN. I just have a spine and basic beliefs. You should try it.
Funny how you do anything to deep throat Trump and defend even his most ridiculous, authoritarian, narcissistic actions

Yes, the man is a child. Why should that give him a pass?
"Oh that's just Trump being Trump" is not an appropriate response as he destroys the country
