If you mass migrate to any country, you're going to destroy that culture no matter who is doing the migrating.
Japan has a great culture, even if we may not agree with it 100%. It works for them and protects it's citizens.
Mass migrate 30 million Americans into it and that culture is going to shift, especially after a few decades.
