David Bell Suing Doctors

This story broke last week and sheds some light on his medical woes that prompted him to retire after only a few years in the NFL. Apparently it was not so much the injuries but rather a botched procedure he underwent to lessen the pain where the doctor accidentally severed his femoral artery.

And now he’s suing for compensation. Best of luck David.

I don’t figure it will be hard to find a surgeon to testify that it’s a bad idea to cut a femoral artery when that’s not part of the procedure.

But he's got to prove that did major damage in the long run. Only a top notch surgeon can testify to that or he's barking up a tree. My nephew had to prove that a misdiagnosis twice of his wive's pulmonary embolism caused her death in an ambulance on the way back to ER a third time. It took a top notch diagnostician to prove that in court for him to receive a proper $$ compensation since she was a local judge who's high income was lost forever.
