Great article. Still just defies logic to me how a plucky, brittle-boned journeyman QB out of a mid major college was actually HATED for giving Browns fans a few thrill rides in a sea of mediocrity.

I think we payed Garcia pretty heftily diddnt we? He bought a house in west lake that had a separate wing for his pet monkey. Or at least that is what I heard.

I've lived through it, but reading through it still makes me sit back and weep in disgust at how 'the most important position on the team' can be SO mishandled by EVERY SINGLE COACH we've had since 99, INCLUDING the current one.
