lopez wants Quinn for Vince Young

  • Young isn't a horrible quarterback. He has a 19-11 record as a starter. He can make plays on his feet, and is dangerous because of his running ability. He has a decent arm, and good size too. I think he can start again.

  • 32 picks vs 22 TD's for a career does not lead me to believe he is any good and dont forget about 24 fumbles. He is a stiff. Thats in 34 career games.

  • I would do it, VY "just wins games". it doesn't matter if we're trading for him to be a starter or not, the fact is that with the caliber of his talent, he has way more upside than Quinn and I would do this in a second. obviously if DA played bad, i'd start VY over him.

    I would do it, VY "just wins games". it doesn't matter if we're trading for him to be a starter or not, the fact is that with the caliber of his talent, he has way more upside than Quinn and I would do this in a second. obviously if DA played bad, i'd start VY over him.

  • Young....yeah, THAT would be GREAT. Then, in the offseason we could bring in Vick and have them both play at the same time! Put them both in the shotgun and the D won't know who we're snapping it to on any one play! That's just what we need!!!

    No thanks, I'll take Tim Couch out of retirement over VY.

    That's like saying Dilfer was a good QB because he went to the super bowl. Tenn. won because of a shutdown defense and good running game, not Vince "Headcase" Young

  • If we got VY here all the Cribbs fans would have him playing runningback, linebacker, safety and every other position but QB.
