  • BEREA, Ohio -The Cleveland Browns are feeling better.

Pro Bowl nose tackle Shaun Rogers and linebacker Kamerion Wimbley returned to the team Thursday. They were among 12 players who missed practice Wednesday with flulike symptoms.

Browns coach Eric Mangini said there have been no new cases of the flu and the other ill players have not gotten any worse.

Mangini said two unidentified players have tested positive for Influenza A. The H1N1 virus or swine flu is a strain of Influenza A. Mangini said the team will continue to take preventive measures. He began taking Tamiflu medication Wednesday.

The NFL has provisions for teams hit by swine flu. Mangini is confident his players will be ready to play Sunday against Green Bay.

Cool, does this mean that we are going to get ALL the favorable call like Pittsburgh does?

    ... and phantom ones too!

  • for every player out we should get a free first down. 😵

Yes, you will get away with a blatent hold on a kick return that will allow Cribbs to score a TD.

Oh wait, sorry, you already got that last week. Lerner obviously pays off the refs. The Browns get away with murder. If it were not for the bribes the Browns would NEVER win a game.

If Lerner pays off the refs we will be 6 - 0 with everyone singing praises of the the current regime. apparently you have not been paying any attention.

  • Meanwhile, on a Browns tv show this early this morning, the Steelers center

plain out said the Steelers didn't get the first down.

And, the one host on the show was on the sidelines, and asked the ref who WAS HOLDING THE FRONT PIN

if it was a first down... and the ref said "officially, I'm not allowed to say" and then shook his head.

The fix is always in in Pittsburg with ...certain maf... er.. "referees"

  • Lerner does not even pay Josh Cribbs proper money for a better contract and some Steeler fan thinks Lerner pays of the referees ! hah !

I read that those provisions don't come into effect unless there are 6 confirmed cases of type A flu on the team.
