The clock is on the correct time zone and the admin panel has this attachment:

"If you have chosen the correct timezone and the clock is an hour out, this is because of daylight savings time and your members can correct this by editing their 'Board settings' via their User Control Panel."

Under "My controls/options/board settings."

If that doesn't take care of it, let me know.

I've noticed that the clock is way off when I'm not logged in and reading posts. Seems to be fine once I log in.

Hmm.... now I don't know how to fix that.

click on my controls -> board settings -> set your time zone. The time on posts will now be correct whenever you are logged in. When you are not logged in the board has no idea who/where you are and will not reflect the proper time
