  • Ok, i remember when i was watching the Bengals and Chris Henry broke his arm.

    I really havent been paying attention to ways he has fallin out of the truck, but the little i have heard is he just fell. Has anyone considered he couldnt grab onto anything cause of hi arm.

    the reports from witnessing neighbors claim he gave her an ultimatum "stop the truck or i'm jumping out".

    if these testimonies are true his broken arm is irrelevant. also if they're true i could see her facing charges of some sort...or maybe a lawsuit lead by some slimebag attorney representing the kids.

  • No charges were filed, the police determined he jumped, and she wasn't speeding.

    yet. the statute of limitations is longer than a month. 😉

    only time will tell if this is over, and they could very well have a case if he informed her of what he was going to do and she didn't comply, her actions thereby removing the kid's father from their (the kids) lives. crazier things have happened in court.
