What the tapes would have shown would have been irrelevant. The tapes didn't record anything that occured in the bathroom. If he had comitted the crime, it was in the bathroom, or there would have been witnesses.

Mangini had Tomlin's number? First of all at that point in the season the Steelers were having a terrible go and had a number of SERIOUS injuries. Any given Sunday but the Steelers at full strength still run the table.

we beat your ass with guys off the street....our 2 starting ILB, starting NT, starting FS were all on IR, and got 4 sacks from a practice squad rookie and a waiver wire pickup. 2 more from a 4-3 DT playing outta place in a 3-4. so stuff that 'woe is me' injury bullshit up your ass. thats more a testament to the lack of depth on you team, and confirmation of ours.
