Steeler fan is in serious panic mode right about now! They're now here bashing the Browns based on recent win/loss percentages while deflecting the attention from their own franchise in ruin.
Hey Steeler fan, if you can read this, you had better start worrying about your own team right about now. They are falling apart and are not built to withstand the trembling. Nobody is going to argue that the Steelers have more Super Bowls or that our colors are in fact Orange and Brown. But as a responsible adult who's gene pool borrows from two seperate bloodlines, I can tell you I would rather have no Super Bowls than to have $100,000,000.00 wrapped up in my franchise QB who just happens to be a serial rapist. And I would rather have Orange and Brown uniforms and have immense pride in that rather than cool black and yellow iniforms that only look cool when they're winning.
There is a thing called dignity Steeler fan. Despite our record each year we love this team. We don't put up with questionable behavior and the team's character represents our city well. No player is bigger than the team. We don't much care if the Browns are a good team to use on Madden as much as we care about is our team representing our city and the entire world's Browns fans.
These "I know you are but what am I" jokes are not going to make Mangini a bad coach or Holmgren forget how to run a team. You can stick your toungue out at us all you want but it will not change the fact that the Steelers are dying and dying fast. Maybe you can coax Bettis out of retirement but without his gauranteed 4 yards a carry, you have nothing. I hope you enjoy the next 10 years of mediocrity Steeler fan. At least we have a terrible expansion team plan to blame, you have had decades under one owner and still can't get it right.

You may want to check the Pittsburgh water temp on Big Ben before you scamper to your message board and make a post of this magnitude. I can't tell you how many times a thread has been posted on my primary board discussing the notion of unloading Big Ben. A good number were 100% on board and not for as much as one might think. Either way color me amused considering your franchise has done essentially nothing in the last how many years? I'm sure you knot to the letter. Pittsburgh on the other hand and as you clearly have pointed out has won plenty. The pride factor is substantial and no one in Pittsburgh is pleased with the manner our star quarterback has handled himself. A press conference is being held today and I won't be surprised if Big Ben gets 4 games handed down by the Rooney family themselves. Although it should be important to note and at least acknowledge that the Pittsburgh Steelers are a talent laden team, with two capable back ups. If Ben does grab a suspension I also wouldn't be surprised to see a play for Leftwich with one of our recently acquired 5th round draft picks. In addition what sort of franchise would the Rooney's have built if one problem or two could bring the entire house down? You do realize the draft is quickly approaching. What's to stop the Steelers from drafting one of your coveted QB's assuming you don't take one at 7? Absolutely nothing and if the Rooney's deem it necessary you can bet your sh.it brown and construction cone orange jersey it will be done.
Santonio Holmes is gone. Big Ben is now on the chopping block and the Steelers have always held their players accountable. Holmes had a Rooney imposed Suspension once during his time with the black and gold. Immense pride you say...lol you don't get to Pittsburgh much, NOR have you read anything from the Pittsburgh area on the current situation. All of the beat writers, fans, radio shows are all hearing/delivering the same. Big Ben should have known better. It's a embarassment to the city and something should be done. All i know is the Steelers aren't going anywhere and certainly aren't dieing. We have 11 draft picks in the up coming draft and PLENTY of talent already on the roster. Chicken little doesn't reside in the Pittsburgh area.

You're aren't very smart are you? And how exactly are the Steelers the laughing stock of the NFL for unloading a headache like Santonio Holmes. They were going to cut him. Would they be the laughing stock had they cut him? They eliminated a problem but in the process found someone to give them a 5th round pick for a guy they considered cutting out right. Works for me.
EDIT: And what individual is blaming the Browns for the so called "downward spiral" ? Do you really think you carry that sort of weight? You finished 5-11, we still mustered 9-7.

The more I find myself disgusted with him. It's getting to the point I'm not sure if I can even watch the Steelers play against my beloved Browns and that honestly is two of the games I look forward to the most.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- Ben Roethlisberger's "bodyguards" were actively involved in putting the Steelers quarterback and his accuser together inside a Georgia nightclub and preventing the 20-year-old woman's friends from reaching her, according to their accounts to police contained in documents released today.
"He said, Hey,' and he started talking to [redacted] (nothing in particular), and his bodyguards took him back to the 'room' w/ bathroom. I said, 'I don't know if this is a good idea,' and he said, 'It's OK.' He had sex w/me and meanwhile his bodyguards told my friends they couldn't pass them to get to me," the woman wrote in her statement.
The Steelers quarterback, who was the focus of a monthlong investigation into sexual assault allegations by Georgia authorities that ended this week with no charges being filed, called his accuser a "tease" during a night of bar-hopping prior to the ill-fated encounter at the Capital City nightclub in Milledgeville, she said in a handwritten statement.
It was there that the woman alleged Mr. Roethlisberger raped her in a bathroom. Mr. Roethlisberger has denied the accusation through his lawyers.
The Post-Gazette does not identify alleged victims of sexual assault.
One of the woman's friends, Nicole Biancofiore, said the woman "was dragged by a bodyguard to the back room in Capital. She was extremely intoxicated and not aware of what was happening."
Ms. Biancofiore said she saw another friend, Aliesha Scholten, try to open the locked bathroom door, but "she was taken away by a bodyguard of Ben's."
A third friend, Ann Marie Lubatti, told police, that she "approached the other security guard and told him that she [the accuser] was in no shape to be back there with Ben Roethlisberger. He couldn't look me in the eye, and told me he didn't know what was going on. My friend went to open the door, and it was locked."
The statements were among hundreds of pages included in the Roethlisberger case file that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation made public today. Under Georgia's open records law, the information could be released because the case was closed, which officially occurred Wednesday.
None of the statements identify the bodyguards by name.
The bureau conducted the investigation of Mr. Roethlisberger along with the Milledgeville Police Department.
Authorities launched the inquiry March 5 after the accuser, a student at Georgia College & State University, complained to police.
Mr. Roethlisberger, who has an off-season residence in the area, had been out celebrating his 28th birthday with a number of friends including Steelers tackle Willie Colon, off-duty Pennsylvania State Trooper Trooper Ed Joyner and off-duty Coraopolis police officer Anthony J. Barravecchio.
An initial report by a Milledgeville police officer taken at 1:30 a.m. March 5 stated: "One of the suspect's bodyguards escorted her to a back room/hallway area where the suspect was.
"Once there, she stated, the suspect asked her for sex. At this time it is unclear to what happened after this point due to the complainant's recollection being foggy from her intoxication level. However, she did write a statement of what she thought happened."
The accuser's statement says:
"I met Ben Rotheseburgehergh [sic] at Velvet. He went to the Brick because he was [unreadable] to not be bombarded by fans. He then met us at the Brick and called me 'a tease.' Eventually we saw him at the Capital City & saw him there."
After the alleged sexual encounter in a small, dingy restroom at the club, the woman said, "My friends found me & talked to a Milledgeville policeman & he said to report it."

Thanks. I'm sure it was tough to post that picture seeing as you've since gained 5 to 10 pounds. Keep working hard. Your traps do need work though which is an easy fix with a dumbbell shoulder press and proper form. (My lift of choice is the Arnold Pres but that may be tough for you at this current stage) Thank you for the flex, that will do for now.
Mopaji why isn't Tomlin capable? Everyone from his coaching past all has the same thing to say. Brilliant football mind that will continue to make a name for himself in the NFL. I love Tomlin and know if a ship needs to be righted he's the one to right it. He quickly put fat Casey Hampton on the physically unable to perform list this past off season because Casey was ridiculously out of shape, at least for a pro athlete. Hampton was recently awarded with a new contract and has been at voluntary OTA working hard since day one. Tomlin gets through to his players. Unfortunately Big Ben was bigger than any Coach to be brought in after Cowhers departure and even then the relationship was strained. I'm confident he too will now be in check. Say Big Ben continues to be a problem, where exactly does the team need to rebuild? It's one position. They have 11 draft picks this year and year after year add valuable depth through the draft that eventually blossoms into starter production. Run the draft gauntlet yourself and you'll see first hand. I don't want to take the time to break it down. I'm not worried about the Steelers.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- Ben Roethlisberger's "bodyguards" were actively involved in putting the Steelers quarterback and his accuser together inside a Georgia nightclub and preventing the 20-year-old woman's friends from reaching her, according to their accounts to police contained in documents released today.
"He said, Hey,' and he started talking to [redacted] (nothing in particular), and his bodyguards took him back to the 'room' w/ bathroom. I said, 'I don't know if this is a good idea,' and he said, 'It's OK.' He had sex w/me and meanwhile his bodyguards told my friends they couldn't pass them to get to me," the woman wrote in her statement.
The Steelers quarterback, who was the focus of a monthlong investigation into sexual assault allegations by Georgia authorities that ended this week with no charges being filed, called his accuser a "tease" during a night of bar-hopping prior to the ill-fated encounter at the Capital City nightclub in Milledgeville, she said in a handwritten statement.
It was there that the woman alleged Mr. Roethlisberger raped her in a bathroom. Mr. Roethlisberger has denied the accusation through his lawyers.
The Post-Gazette does not identify alleged victims of sexual assault.
One of the woman's friends, Nicole Biancofiore, said the woman "was dragged by a bodyguard to the back room in Capital. She was extremely intoxicated and not aware of what was happening."
Ms. Biancofiore said she saw another friend, Aliesha Scholten, try to open the locked bathroom door, but "she was taken away by a bodyguard of Ben's."
A third friend, Ann Marie Lubatti, told police, that she "approached the other security guard and told him that she [the accuser] was in no shape to be back there with Ben Roethlisberger. He couldn't look me in the eye, and told me he didn't know what was going on. My friend went to open the door, and it was locked."
The statements were among hundreds of pages included in the Roethlisberger case file that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation made public today. Under Georgia's open records law, the information could be released because the case was closed, which officially occurred Wednesday.
None of the statements identify the bodyguards by name.
The bureau conducted the investigation of Mr. Roethlisberger along with the Milledgeville Police Department.
Authorities launched the inquiry March 5 after the accuser, a student at Georgia College & State University, complained to police.
Mr. Roethlisberger, who has an off-season residence in the area, had been out celebrating his 28th birthday with a number of friends including Steelers tackle Willie Colon, off-duty Pennsylvania State Trooper Trooper Ed Joyner and off-duty Coraopolis police officer Anthony J. Barravecchio.
An initial report by a Milledgeville police officer taken at 1:30 a.m. March 5 stated: "One of the suspect's bodyguards escorted her to a back room/hallway area where the suspect was.
"Once there, she stated, the suspect asked her for sex. At this time it is unclear to what happened after this point due to the complainant's recollection being foggy from her intoxication level. However, she did write a statement of what she thought happened."
The accuser's statement says:
"I met Ben Rotheseburgehergh [sic] at Velvet. He went to the Brick because he was [unreadable] to not be bombarded by fans. He then met us at the Brick and called me 'a tease.' Eventually we saw him at the Capital City & saw him there."
After the alleged sexual encounter in a small, dingy restroom at the club, the woman said, "My friends found me & talked to a Milledgeville policeman & he said to report it."

The personal testimony of a girl that couldn't provide enough evidence to convict Big Ben of said rape. I'm not going to say Big Ben isn't a skeezball in this regard but if the above had ANY MERIT, he would have been prosecuted. No DNA evidence, nothing. Just some drunk Co-ed's word against his, but MAN it was so tragic she didn't want to press charges for the sake of sparing herself all the TERRIBLE MEDIA attention. Please. If you get raped, especially by a high profile athlete why wouldn't you press charges. Rape isn't exactly something ANYONE takes lightly. It's not like the rest of the world would blame her if there were merit to her allegations. As a diehard Steeler fan if Big Ben were convicted of rape I wouldn't think twice to cast him in to the shadows of disgraced former Steelers. Plaxico being the most recent example. Bottom line he wasn't convicted of anything because there wasn't evidence to prosecute. Just a "he said, she said" personal account that clearly has little merit.
