Updating previous reports, CSNWashington.com reports the Washington Redskins traded their 2010 seventh-round draft choice to the St. Louis Rams for the Rams' seventh-round draft choice as part of the trade involving DT Adam Carriker.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Washington Redskins will acquire DL Adam Carriker from the St. Louis Rams Tuesday, April 20, in exchange for a fifth-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.

and he was a first round pick in 2007 hell i dont see why we could give up something sometimes all it takes is a change of scenery
