Most of the reason for the "special" was to raise money for specific charities and give back to the community. Most people knew that sort of announcement was going to be made.

I was just asking a question, I don't think he is a saint at all and I don't see how you could draw that conclusion from what I wrote. I was just commenting on the picture. He did worse than backstab us... I can't sit right I'm so sore. Like I asked earler, why did he have to dry dock? I'm sure the money he got from my tickets alone could have paid for a tube of lube...

Good one sling blade. You made a comment about the Pirates which was immediately shot down. Go ahead and look at the franchise history yourself and you'll realize just how stupid you are 99% of the time. Sports Illustrated recently discussed the Pirates and their now ridiculous losing streak. SI specifically highlighted Bonds leaving the Club after two MVP's as one of the primary reasons the franchise took a turn for the worst. Either way The Pirates are one of the most storied franchises in the MLB and that isn't going to change anytime soon. They're working hard to get back to where the once were. Time and some perseverance will tell the true story. In the end you'll still be a dip sh.it and your ZIPS will still get worked by Kent State. Fear the roo. lol
