ratliff should be cut immediately after this scrimmage. dude can't even complete a pass on family day lol.

That's weird. Last year, the Browns wore the Brown pants for the scrimmage.

He should have been cut last year in favor of Richard Bartel. Bartel pretty much completed every single pass in the preseason game he played in, the only mistake he was making was that he would hold on to the ball way too long which would lead to a sack, however, this is easily coachable and he could have been coached to become a good player. Mangini cut Bartel in favor of Ratliff which was only because Mangini knows Ratliff personally, so it was pretty much like a cronyism decision. it's one of the only decisions Mangini has made that I really don't approve of(favoring a friend instead of the better player, you can still be friends even if he's not on the team..).
Ratliff should be cut we don't need four QBs, we could use the roster spot for someone who can contribute to the team more, but knowing Mangini, he will keep him on the team and have four QBs, at best, he will put him on the practice squad(what I hope for).

yeah, i agree. i thought bartel got the raw deal. ratty stunk then and he still stinks.
