    Because we did, and the first half went just about as good as we could imagine. Then the Jags came out in the second half, put one drive together, and completely erased the first half. It's totally pointless to receive in the first half.

    I understand that it isn't quite THAT simple. BUT, the momentum that a team gets in the second half is twelve-fold stronger than what a team gains in the first half opening with the ball and scoring.

    I would chose to receive in the second half every time.
