Anyone who thinks that Gruden won the superbowl because he's such a good coach is a complete dumbass. The defense was one of the best of all time. The offense just had to not suck ass to win. I give gruden props for his motivational tactics but hes got a massive ego. The guy left our franchise with 0 talent on the defensive line. Thank god this new regime is drafting defense and gave us a quarterback of the future.

This is why denver tryed to steal him last year, this is why he was made our head coach.
We drafted 2 DTS with our first 2 picks, Raheem knows that for Montes D to work you need to be strong up the middle.

The wife's uncle still lives there, and I'd be going down for the game- IF it wasn't the first game of the season. I freaking HATE hot weather, and the last Browns game I attended @ Raymond James- in OCTOBER was the hottest football game I've ever been at- by a country mile. Like 97 degrees, with temperatures on the field easily in the 100+ range. Had sweat pouring off me just sitting in the stands.
So that said, yeah, your starting CB is out- but you definitely have "home field" advantage- as the Bucs players are acclimated to that brutal heat- and the Browns aren't. Shawn Rodgers- assuming he plays- should be able to sweat out at least 20 pounds of blubber. He might even melt.

I do not live in Tampa but I have visited many times, I can imagine how hot it would be. I never have visited during football season, so I have never seen the Bucs at Ray Jay.

I lived in Tampa for a long time, now in Orlando, and I agree with Wicker. Gruden used and abused Dungy's team (and Kiffin's defense). He took Dungy's team to the SB and beat his old team. After that he did nothing. He may have been a good coach else where, but not in Tampa. He left Tampa high an dry.
I am going to the first game of the season and I'm glad that Talib is out. I want us to destroy the Bucs. Last Browns and Bucs game I went to, the loser fans were ragging on me for a 12 to 15 loss. It was all freaking field goals and a horrible game.
