Here is this weeks trivia. I will give a list of 5 colleges that represent the alma mater of the Top 5 people that did something significant in the NFL. Example: If I say: Columbia, Yale, Georgetown, Yale, and Eureka, the answer would be the alma maters of the last 5 Presidents. The following shouldn't be that hard (but you get bonuses for naming the person associated with the schools involved):

    1. What does this list of alma maters represent:

    Southern Mississippi Favre

    Pitt Marino

    Tennessee Manning

    Georgia Tarkenton

    Stanford Elway

    All-time passing leaders by yardage

    2. What does this list of alma maters represent:

    Florida Smith

    Jackson St. Payton

    Oklahoma St. Sanders

    Pitt Martin

    Notre Dame Bettis

    All-time rushing leaders by yards

Check marks on these. (It really wasn't all that tough, was it?)

None of the other lists jumped out at me

Warren Moon went to U of Washington

  • This one bothered me because I couldn't remember who #1 was....and I knew it couldn't be Josh McDaniels.

Check. Notre Dame is Curly Lambeau. Chuck Noll didn't go to Pitt, he went to Dayton. It is Marty Schottenheimer that went to Pitt. Yes, Marty is one of the top 5 winningest coaches in NFL history.
