ESPN Power Rankings

Looks like we have something to prove. ESPN's NFL Power Rankings for Week 2 ranked us #32 out of 32 teams saying "An ugly loss to Tampa Bay doesn't offer much hope for the rest of the season". This is the first time we have been ranked last since week 10 of last season and first time we have been ranked last in week 2 since 2007.
Lets jump a few spots next week alright?

Week 10 we will be 1-8 and 29th to 32nd in rating..subject to change if gil haskell takes over at OC soon enough..
Im trying at this point of the week to look at last week as a fluke and or TB is a better team than many think,i knew this game wasnt going to be a cakewalk, but the facts are the facts and our coaches minus ryan made decisions and playcalling repetitions without considering TBs adjustments that ended up costing us this game..
And while theres plenty that went wrong from the players execution aspect and theres plenty of blame to be shared it still all goes downhill when mangini wouldnt pull jake when it was obvious to all but the most blind he was in pain and his mechanics were off...
Bad decisions and bad playcalling adjustment..
These were the biggest fears and the biggest unanswered questions i had going into this season and unfortunately the forming answer doesnt look promising for dabs or encouraging for the bottomsucking mangini..
Its still early but for the time being my optimism has been replaced by the "here we go again" syndrome...

if you break 5 wins this season it will be a miracle.

with all i've heard about Big Ben being a rapist and i go to a online sex offender registry and look up cleveland and Pittsburgh and what do i find? cleveland has a CRAP load more sex offenders (and expecially child molesters) than Pittsburgh.......over 4X as many over all. 2055 of them to Pittsburgh's 421. www.familywatchdog.us better never hear one of you date raping, can't get a woman with my tiny peep unless i hold her down, child molesting hypocrits say anything else about Ben. -

It's week one. I don't understand why people are so up in arms about it. However you did lose to the Bucs so in the bottom portion is exactly where the Browns belong. I believe CBS sports or Fox sports, one of those had the Browns ranked 27th but Pittsburgh ranked 3rd. No matter what people aren't going to be happy after a tough loss. It's still week 1. We'll see where everything shakes out midway through. It's nearly impossible to predict anything this early.

St Louis fought till they end. We just caved in after half time. I think we deserve to be placed 32. heck man - we showed a defeatist attitude both from the coaching and the player stand point and this against a team that is as bad if not worse than us.
I just hope it is an aberration and not a trend.

All this means i s that the Browns are at the bottom somewhere until they get it together and then they will climb.
Right. I agree. Pay no attention to power rankings. Tell us who is in line to make the playoffs if they started today. (Obviously it is much to early for that. Starting around midseason would be the time to start tracking that)
