Why does Pryor slow down and even stop near the end of every run, in or headed out of bounds? He just strolled short of a first down that was there for the taking and then stopped to take the tackle on the next run... and he's been doing it all day.
It's weird looking.

I think he just runs so effortlessly that it looks like he is lolly-gagging at times.
