Dec 16, it will be 5 months since my shoulder-rotator cuff surgery. I'm still not allowed to use my

chainsaw yet, as of Nov 11. 😠

Phys therapy is 3 times a week, for an hour. The surgeon again said my recovery is going excellently,

and exceedingly well, considering the dramatic tear of the two tears that occured. Not tears, but tears. @@

But, I've gone from my wonderful cute Wife moving my arm slightly to start getting some small motion back

into the shoulder, to reaching as high as I can easily, with my armpit up against the wall.

What a great gift, to get back my arm. I'm still working with heavier weights on the pulley machine, and a new

exercize this week. It's like a 3' boomarang with no curve, and you hold your arm out and twang it back and forth

for ten seconds at a time. It has to be far worse than waterboarding

They tease me about being Arnold Swartsnagger however you spell it.

That's how quickly I have regained strength.

We imitate him every so often back and forth.

A few of of the therapists play this video game about being in Las Vegas or something, part three,

after the world ends, and you have to survive with the basics and meet the right people, etc.

They swear by it. I don't know. I'd be happier with the nine dollar lone military black ops guy game.

My one phys therapy assistant is a super liberal, who seemed to get upset about me mentioning Sarah Palin's

new show "Sarah Palin's Alaska". As with most libs, he doesn't have good people skills, and he pouted badly.

But I have him joking around me now about stuff. He says he voted for ObaMao. I asked him if he was happy

with having done so, or sorry. He said he didn't know yet, the jury was out, but that was a sad indicator

after two years on the job. He said ObaMao still has two years to justify being where he is.

I look around often while I do my many different exercizes for an hour... I see old folks, young folks, all sorts of folks...

and I'm thinking I can't pout about my injury, when some old folks have walkers and aren't going to be able to lose them,

or young folks with artificial limbs work out so happily and strongly.

I wish everybody had access to med insurance. But hospitals have always taken folks in anyways if they can't pay.

But it's way too easy to ring up huge bills, that you have to pay if you can.

The hc bill is a gigantic gov healthcare fiasco, designed to get the gov control of another aspect of our American

society. Then they can tax anything they want. Like, they are now working to tax your health care benefits.

Oh, yes they are. Taxing everything is the ONLY way to extend the short term life of a socialist system.

And don't make me post videos of several members of the ObaMao crowd, like Van Jones, saying what he says about it.

Or, "Spooky Dude"... aka George Soros, who has been to the WH FOUR FREAKIN TIMES.

I have to go watch NCIS again. I think it's a rerun, but they are just as good the second time around. We love that show.

And I have to get up early and patrol our woods for deer hunters. But I believe the problem is solved, because we used to

hear the gunshots, or neighbors saw hunters walk toward the neighbors' woods... and now, nothin.

And the squirrels are coming back nicely. We'll squirrel hunt this fall.

And I think I have to lube the bearings on the big truck, which sucks when you can mostly only use one arm.

But the shoulder is doing so great it's kinda scary.
