Interesting stuff from Rotoworld - Packers and Browns

B.J. Raji - DL Jan. 31 - 9:52 am et
*(egg-suckiing weasels') defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau has called DT B.J. Raji the key to the Packers' defense.
LeBeau is an expert in the 3-4, but you don't have to be a genius to see the impact that Raji has had. The 2009 No. 9 overall pick has become an elite run stuffer in the middle that can't be blocked by one man. Raji's matchup with *(egg-suckiing weasels') backup center Doug Legursky figures to be one of the biggest mismatches in the Super Bowl.

Howard Green - DL Feb. 2 - 10:15 am et
Packers NT Howard Green has moved into the starting lineup the past two games against the Falcons and Bears.
After Green weighed in at 375 pounds, he was cut by the Jets in October for the 12th time by his 10th different team. He's now "down" to 350. Coordinator Dom Capers has essentially gone with three nose tackles up front in his 3-4 scheme, allowing the linebackers and safeties to roam free.

I always wondered about that... having three NT's in the 3-4 seems to be a no-brainer... ?

Colt McCoy - QB Feb. 2 - 2:03 pm et
Colt McCoy revealed that his college shoulder injury "wasn't completely 100 percent healed" during his rookie NFL season.
McCoy pinched a nerve in his throwing shoulder during the 2010 BCS title game. He plans to spend the offseason "completely focusing on healing my shoulder and getting it 100 percent." McCoy lacks the physical tools of a true franchise quarterback, but the Browns still appear to be planning on starting him in 2011 without serious competition. He went 2-6 in eight 2010 starts.

That would explain ... maybe? ... not putting Colt in until they didn't have any choice.

Pertaining to Colts injury I think him still feeling some of his injury didn't have much to do with his arm strength this season and may be more to do with how fast he could throw it in the later games. That numb feeling can be a bitch with joint areas.
