  • Thanks Jim for putting us in the Nations eye again, in a bad way. A BYU player gets kicked off the team for violating a code, and good old sweater vest gets 2 damn games. Im sorry but I have about had it with him. He made the guys that did the violations be held accountable, and he knew for months before that. Its a pretty big Black eye for Buckeye fans, and I hope he gets another fine from the NCAA. I am so pissed off right now. Now the Basketball team is going to be under a micro scope more right before the tournament.

  • To be honest I really don't care. Tressle is either going to retire this year or next year. Kind of makes you think why the Ohio native Urban Meyer retired at Fla. It's not like he won't have time for his family if he works in Ohio WHERE they live.

  • This is not the first time that Tressel or his players have run afoul of the N.C.A.A. The former players Maurice Clarett and Troy Smith admitted receiving extra benefits while at Ohio State.

    Tressel also faced N.C.A.A. scrutiny in his previous coaching job at Youngstown State, when one of his players was accused of receiving extra benefits from boosters.

  • I remeber a few years back when Joe Pa looked across the field at one Mr. Jim Tressel. He was so scared he ran off the field and shit his pants.

    How many games did the team win because Jim Tressel knew a few players were selling their memorabilia?

    STFU already, and let's keep things in perspective; your boy raped a young woman in a bathroom stall while his body guards kept her friends out and he only got a FOUR game suspension even though it was a repeat offense. OSU players sold articles of clothing and awards and got a FIVE game suspenion.

    Yeah, Tressel wears a sweater vest and is more bad-ass than Roid-Monkey Harrison.

  • Jim and his brother Doc are good guys and a class act. They have brought back the winning tradition that all of enjoy. Especially when they beat the shit out of Michigan.

    Jim knows how to keep the talent from bolting and runs a tight ship. There are many conferences who dont like the Buckeyes and send people around to snoop around to see if they can get any dirt against the Buckeyes. Getting into the big BCS`bowl games means a lot $$$ for conferences. You dont have to go to far back when the ACC and SEC sent their snoops up to Columbus to try and bring them down. And we know the result of that... Clarrett only played one year for us.

    This is all about the $money, believe me on that. And trust me in what I am saying abiut the SEC and the ACC the snoops and the lobbying to the NCAA came from Georgia and NC State. If you can remember back when Clarrett was suspended we started a home and away with NC State that year and they were scared.
