This board of yours (ours) can act as an arbitrator and a facilitator to smooth over the differences these fellows may have. It would be nice for them to coordinate their trips over here so they can all make the same game and tailgate....and having met with each other they can resolve any issues. After all, this is all just for fun. They can have a drink together and laugh and be friends. After all, they have a lot more in common than they have differences. I think they all know that.
