In Tony Grossi's Latest Mock Draft, He Has Aj Green Going To The Browns

The Browns Board

  • He has AJ Green going to the Browns, because "there are not a lot of good reasons to pass on him" as quoted by Tony Grossi.

The question is will Green slip past Cincinnati? That's the real question here...

  • The real question is "Is Cincinnati stupid enough to spend their first round pick on a WR while their QB situation is far from settled?"

Assuming Gabbert and Newton are gone (like many pundits are predicting) by Cincy's pick, who else is worth of that #4? Oh wait.....no one.

Von Miller, Patrick Peterson, and many people have said that Cinci has Jones rated higher than Green.

  • One thing Ive seen over the years is Grossi was never right on anything...so...again...what Grossi says is worthless..and as always...He's wrong.

  • I'm just basing this off sheer opinion, but for some reason I get this feeling Cincy will trade down, and someone will trade up for Peterson. I see the first three picks being Newton/Dareus, Dareus/Miller, Miller/Dareus/Gabbert. Peterson is the best player in the draft, but there's just that subconscious notion of not taking a CB that high that will carry this draft I think. All I know is if for some reason a deal gets struck before the draft and free agency starts up again, the lid on this draft will explode open with new possibilities.
