Slingbox Stream Tv To Internet
-
Slingbox is hardware and software that you can use to stream from your TV to the internet.
I was wanting to know if anyone in Ohio would be willing to use this and stream the browns games for us who can't watch them. If there's enough interest maybe we can get the non Ohio guys to donate and purchase this device (around $200) and then have a super nice guy use the equipment for us non Ohio guys to watch the game.
Any interest?

I think you can only stream to one device per sling box? Could be wrong but I think that's how it works, and even if you can stream to multiple sources I feel like you'd run into some legal issues...

They keep a pretty close eye on it. There is one login per slingbox. If more than one person logs in at the same time, it boots you both off (i think). A forum full of people trying to use the same login is just asking for your service to be taken away.
You're better off streaming a video of your television on justin.tv and naming it something obscure and completely unrelated to the NFL.
