I got the 12th and 17th picks in my league and literally 8 rbs and 3 qbs went off the board with a quickness, none of the RBS at 12 suited me so i nabbed Drew Brees and at 17 i value picked Hillis not exactly 2 i would've wanted right away but not disappointed with either.

Late in the draft i got hit for a tight end and looking through what i had available i had a choice between Watson who was the best available or shoot in the dark on Evan Moore i took a chance on Moore getting some love this year maybe not monster numbers but a decent filler.

I wanted Mccoy as my backup to Brees during the bye or in the case of injury i feel he will blow up but i swear to god the kid in front of me at like 189 or someshit picked Mccoy off the board i almost punched my PC.

Just my .2 cents on the browns draft stuff. In a 16 team league especially, Hillis is a good starting RB. However, don't reach for the guy because he's a brown. I nabbed McCoy as my backup, there's a lot of interesting fantasy research on him actually. He's only one of a few QB's in their first rookie starts to average 13 pts a game. I wouldn't draft him as my starter, but for hopefully a spot start or two/bye week guy he's gonna get you some pts. They are absolutely hating on our WR corps this year, I think it's worth taking a flyer on MoMass or Little as a deep bench pick as well. Watson is gonna be a 10-15 TE but not a guy i'd draft to start.

We had a live Fantasy Draft last night. We did it large, renting a clubhouse, hiring some waitresses and just got completely obliterated. It was a fantastic time, our MC got so shithammered he started berating players for their draft choices and eventually refused to put stupid picks on the board. I picked 7th in a 12 man league. My draft order went:

Traded my 11th+12th to get Colt McCoy, who was drafted in the 10th and an additional 14th.

I plan on trading Pettigrew for Greg Little.

Hillis if the price is right would be the only viable Brown to draft. Maybe Moore if they keep using him as a WR and he is TE eligible.

I got the lucky draw of picking last again, ended up with Roddy White 1st round, Mike Vick 2nd. 3rd I took Hillis and 14th I took McCoy

I will consider Hillis depending where he falls to. last year I got him at the end of the draft. mass will also be possible if he falls far enough.

With how our league is, some LB's and CB's were not worth taking at all that are normally ranked high. Ward was projected 7th among DB's. So I got him and Hillis. D'Qwell Jackson, Montario Hardesty, Joe Haden and Ben Watson all were also taken.

I am saying now, unbiased, McCoy is going to be one of the best late sleeper pickups. Especially if you are in a keeper league.

Hillis will be gone in or before the third round. It will really depend on where you fall in the draft order. I got screwed by Yahoo and was ninth in my league. So all the Browns players I wanted were already gone to include McCoy in the later rounds.

I probably won't go after any of them.

I draft BPA for the first 3-4 rounds, then start plugging holes, so if some fall to me fine, if not, no big deal.

Greg Little and Evan Moore might be good late-round depth picks b/c they look to be big redzone targets for McCoy. I definetly see Mccoy as a higher end QB2. Hillis is a RB2. Ben Watson just fell down my board b/c Evan Moore looks to steal some of the yards and TDs from Watson this year. Cribbs is always a good depth pick maybe at a W/R position if your league gives points for returns (as mine does).

In a 10-team league,

Hillis is a RB2 and McCoy is a QB2. Probably wouldn't be worth it to draft any other Browns, except maybe one of the TEs as a backup.
