I have to say, Pioli worries me for this very reason. I don't have say in who is hired, so all I can do is cross my fingers and hope they work out, though.

Such is my concern, as well. Savage is a good scout, but was obviously in over his head as GM. Will Pioli be in over his head as a talent evaluator? Can he assemble a quality scouting department?
