Browns Sign Gocong To 3 Year Extension
-
he obviously deserves it.

Uhhhh troll post, if this is true, they are basically telling me they have no intention on pulling a linebacker out of the draft which makes me sad.

-
Not rocket science, u can read can't u??

I like you rebel, but that link is fake, they are all liars, and we in truth released him.

DAMNIT! I mean good for Gocung, I just view him as more of a stop-gap. I would love to get one of the kids from ASU, ND, or BC. And even Travis Lewis, but he is going to miss this whole year.
My main guy I want is Vontaze Burfict from ASU though

To much money for Gocong!I was envisioning an lb and a WR in 2012 round 1.
-
-
he is getting paid because as much as everyone wants to bitch about him, he is actually an above average LB and good at WLB, on top of that he is our most versatile LB, being able to play all 3 LB spots.

You're not going to draft anybody who can step in and start like him.
Heckert rules. I would buy a Tom Heckert Calendar.

He doesn't have his own calendar but here is the one he has

Lmao. Heckert rewarding his guy. Too much money spent. But we wont spend shit on DE or a CB to replace Brown.
Mind bottling.
mind boggling, blades of glory.

I think you're all being too hard and under-appreciating our linebackers. DQ AFC player of the month. Gocong played a very strong game against Miami. Are they the equivalent of the Ravens, Bears, and Steeler linebackers? No. But it's a solid unit. And I don't thimk the signing has anything to do with the draft. If an LB stud is available in the first round, H+H will go for him.

If I recall correctly, GoCong was the undersized college de in the NFL combine that year, who was very, very quick,
agile, and balanced guy, a smart player, who was automatically going to have to move to lb in the NFL.
He's a player. And all the bad stuff about Jackson? Undeserved. He's playing GREAT.
Meanwhile the one lb backup to Jackson is almost ready to get back on the field.
