What The Browns Can Learn From The Buckeyes

The fact of the matter is that Ohio State is a FOOTBALL FACTORY, like them or not they know how to win. Its about Big Ten titles and Titles at Ohio State. They get players who want to wear the Scarlet and Silver. They get coaches who want to coach at Ohio State its there Dream Job. Hayes, Tressel and Myer just to name a few. I know Hayes and Tressel would still be coaching if they didnt mess up. Not Hayes but you get my point.
When players and coaches are invested in a team, bleed the colors, would do anything to win because they have so much pride that they wear the colors of Brown and Orange. Thats the coaches and players we want.
I like our Front office, but would they do anything for the Cleveland Browns? Do they bleed Orange and Brown? Holgram is a west coast guy, is he invested?
