  • I don't like team distractions/controversies, but it seemed irresponsible to me that Colt was back in the game so quickly. He could not have been all there.

  • I said last night while chatting with others from the board while watching the game his eyes looked glazed over when he came back in, Though in the video of Colt on sideline getting hand seen to he didnt seem to bad, but still should have got checked over for more symptoms before being let back in.

Headhunter Harrison, leading with his head- AGAIN. Assuming McCoy was concussed, little wonder why he played so poorly afterwards.

EDIT: Missed that picture Keith- it's obvious McCoy wasn't all there. πŸ˜•

  • He shouldn't have been back in, but he didn't complain about any head injury until the game was over and was just talking about his hand. I he gets better, but I would like him to sit out a week cause I do want Wallace to play.

He wasn't all there after that hit. The guy didn't even know who he was and didn't even remember it. That is completely irresponsible on the part of the Bronws.

When Roethisberger hurt his ankle they drove him off the field to have it x-rayed to see if it was broken, yet McCoy takes a shot to his head and they tape his left hand. Ridiculous! 😑

  • He shoudnt have gone back in

But colt is a grown man, he needs daddy to come to his rescue. I remember when I was in 3rd grade my dad did the same thing for me.

  • Fuck Colt's dad. If Wallace stays in and looks good, then takes Colt's job the next week his dad would be bitching about how he could have came back in and won that game.

    Shurmur is a flipping idiot.

    Correct as usual sir. . . .

I get the sense that Shurmur, aside from having never accomplished anything notable in his life, is, "in-over-his-head," and is simply not smart enough to be a Head Coach in the NFL.

Most teams are desperately dependent on their starting QB.

But the Browns have a backup who is arguably better than their starter.

Wallace could have even won the game for yinz Brahns fans in Ahya. (you Browns fans in Ohio)

  • At what point do they just kick Harrison out of the league? The guy clearly doesn't care. I'm all for big hits and hard hitting football, but he's deliberately going after people's heads to give them concussions. That shit isn't a joke. He could cause these people serious harm.

WHATE THE DIFFERENCE LARRY? He played like shit before the hit, he played like shit after the hit.......

    HE's SHIT. SHIT. PURE SHIT.

You obviously didn't tune into the first quarter.

Pure class as usual...and apparently you didn't even read the whole article you posted, as it goes on to mention that the players today are just looking to be on sportscenters highlight reel and have no idea how to tackle properly.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have a hard time believing Colt asked his dad to speak to the media concerning the injury he suffered. I'll admit I've been slacking on keeping up with the brownies after the whole pujols nonsense (huge cards fan) so I very well could be missing some info on this topic. Despite my little funk, blame should be placed the medical staff. Is this organization so dysfunctional that even the medical staff can't recognize obvious concussion symptoms? I don't want to believe the dysfunction is that deeply seeded within this organization but I haven't seen any evidence to disprove the theory.

Just read it myself and was going to comment about those facts, but Ghoolie will just come back with his usual pish to turn the argument around again, bottom line is the hit was Dirty because it is Illegal in the NFL now so get over it and Colt should have been kept out the rest of the game by the Browns, but knowing how tough Colt is and how he wants to win for the Browns, there is no way he wasnt going to come back in and try and win the game for us, bad judgement on his part not mentioning symptoms if in fact he was feeling them at the time, but I cant honestly hold that against him if he did. I know if there were a few more Browns guys playing with the guts he shows we would be a lot better team.

  • Let me tell you if that was my son.... I would be upset.

Colt should not have been making any decision after that hit, thats what coaches are paid to do. Regardless of who the backup is and where we stood in the game its a defining moment of the lack of good leadership and critical thinking/care for the players that was shown.

I think there always must be a "human" element that supersedes the value of the entertainment/competitive nature of football.

    Just an opinion
