The Browns play the Cardinals on Sunday. We all assumed that this was the one clearly "winnable" game on the Browns schedule in this last stretch, but, should we think again? The Browns are on the road, not that that makes a difference to them, but the Cardinals are now far from the cupcake people thought...not that the Browns should think they are a cupcake....but many think they were a league cupcake.

But, the fact is, unlike so many other teams, the Cardinals are still actually in the playoff hunt. The last two weeks they have defeated both the 49ers and the Cowboys. So, why should the POS Browns be any trouble for them?

The Cardinals skill players are top notch-Fitzgerald will end up being a HOFer. I never heard of John Skelton, but it looks like he's decent. How did DA fail there (don't answer that lol) ?

Remember earlier this season, they gagged against the Ratbirds. The Cards usually are way better at home, so unless we play a perfect game, we're in trouble.

DON'T SPEAK FOR ME DUDE............... I NEVER FELT OR BELIEVED THIS GAME WAS ANYTHING BUT A GUARANTEED LOSS FOR THE BROWNS. I said very clearly that the JAx win, while VERY lucky, would be the last win for the Browns. I said even before then that the last 5 games of the season were guaranteed Browns losses.

I said all along the Cardinals had better players than the BRowns did.

So PLEASE........... lose this " WE ALL AGREED' Bullshit. I NEVER, EVER felt this was a winnable game for Cleveland.

Also, you need to take notice of how much better the Dolphins, Colts, Jags and other formelry stinky teams are playing. All the teams we beat, would definately beat the Browns if we played today.

What is going on? SIMPLE........... the short training season was a GREAT EQUALIZER and it helped the Browns look much better than they are.

HAd the Browns been forced to play the last five opponents up front, the team would most likely be 0 - 13 right now. The Browns ARE that bad, and THAT devoid of talent.

But I said this before. 6,7, 8 even more weeks ago. I said that until the last 5 games fans here would not realize just how shitty this team, Heckert and Holmgren really are.

Well, I'll be damned, now we are on GHOOLIE TIME, the truth is coming out, and you guys are all scratching your asses asking each other, " who would have imagined?"

Me, Gipper, That's who would have imagined, ME.

You guys got the gift of a lifetime this year. The hold out brought a lot of teams in out of practice and it WAS AN ADVANTAGE FOR THE BROWNS.

Now that teams have some traction, you see the Browns, just as shitty in week one, now looking horrible. No more disguises and breaks that make it look like the Browns are actually close to being good.

They aren't. The Browns are one of the 3 worst teams in the NFL and with a tougher schedule next season will finish 2- 14 +/- one win in 2012.

Heckert, McCoy, Hillis, Hardesty, Cribbs and Little all need to go.

You're right. You predicted the Colts to blow out the Browns. In fact you predicted the Browns to lose big in every game this year. So yes, you never said the Browns would even be close to winning a game this year. So of course you never said the Browns would beat the Cardinals.

And you are wrong about Heckert and next year's record. More wrong predictions. But what else is new..

Not that anyone really cares at all any more what you "feel" bu you obviously misinterpeted what I meant. (no surprise there). By that of course I meant that it was believed to be a game that would not be as hard as the Pisstown/ratbird quartet of games.

Would you agree that this game is not as hard a game as those 4 would be?

Also, you need to take notice of how much better the Dolphins, Colts, Jags and other formelry stinky teams are playing. All the teams we beat, would definately beat the Browns if we played today.

IF my grandmother had a dick she might be my grandad. She didn't have a dick and those teams all still lost to the Browns. If what you say is correct, then I surmise to say that you also think that all those teams would have beaten the Steelers as well....seeing that the Browns played them pretty much nose to nose the other day.

From what I understand about your musical capabilities from a reliable source, you and they then would have a lot in common!

(just call me the James Harrison of the board....with that cheap shot....badda bump bump)

But I said this before. 6,7, 8 even more weeks ago. I said that until the last 5 games fans here would not realize just how shitty this team, Heckert and Holmgren really are.

Actually, based on the way they played the other night, given, as I said they played a pretty nose to nose with the Steelers, I am actually a bit encouraged by them. Fools gold? Perhaps.

Well, I'll be damned, now we are on GHOOLIE TIME, the truth is coming out, and you guys are all scratching your asses asking each other, " who would have imagined?"

Me, Gipper, That's who would have imagined, ME.

Oh, don't go powdering yourself too hard on the asshole. Everyone on this board at one point "could have" imagined it. The Cardinals were the preseason choice by many if not most to win that division. When the 49ers started out on fire and they started stinking up the joint, that is when many moved off favoring the Cardinals. They have simply showed that, perhaps, they can actually play like the favorites in the division that they once were, instead of the POS of that division that they turned into.

You guys got the gift of a lifetime this year. The hold out brought a lot of teams in out of practice and it WAS AN ADVANTAGE FOR THE BROWNS.

Actually, wouldn't it be easier to move just one person than all those guys? I mean, you have essentially moved away from being a Browns fan....why don't you make it official. Declare yourself openly and honestly.

I will tell you what could be nasty going down teh stretch.

I see the Steelers beating the 9ers, and i see the Ravens losing to the Chargers. Both games are handicapped close.

With the Steelers one game ahead, the Ravens and Steelers BOTH will have must win games against Cleveland.

The Ravens to regain home field advantage, THe Steelers to keep home field advantage.

This oculd mean two real searious ass kickings to end a dismal season.

    I'm just sayin!

Anything is possible, certainly. The Squibs have the single toughest game on either schedule....playing at San Fran. But they also play the Rams at home which should be a cakewalk....then they come to Cleveland. And, honestly, who knows what kind of a fight they will put up. In years past the Browns would go into Pisstown and give a good effort, play a tough hardnosed game, but come out with a tough loss. Like last week. Then we would all think....the Browns now get them at home and can have a real shot at beating them.....but then they choke up like a 41-9 furball loss.

But, in other years, like 2 years ago, they really DO pull off the upset. So, God only knows what will happen in that last game of the season.

The Rats have perhaps a slightly tougher schedule, but do not face an opponent the caliber of the 49ers. They have road games against the Chargers and Bengals, and that home game vs. the Browns. No absolute cakewalks....unless the Browns play as bad against them as they did a couple of weeks ago...but they should be favored in each game. I expect that the 49ers will be the odds favorite in that game next Monday vs. the Squibs.

And honestly, I don't think what is at stake for both of those teams will have any bearing on how badly the Browns get beat...or if they can pull one out...or make it close. That never seems to be a factor....even though it seems that it should.
