Regardless of our opinions on what we should do with our top pick this year what happens if things don't go as planned? List what you would do if plan A did not work out.
I would try to trade down from #4 to maybe #12 with Seattle and try to pick up maybe a 2nd rounder and a fourth or another pick next year.

I like our options this year rather we sit tight, trade up or trade down however i hope we sit tight unless we get an offer we cant refuse or a franchise type QB..
However In the event that a trade up or trade down (if that is what they wanted) falls through they should stick to my plan A and that is to hold tight and take the 9 best picks..
Hope heckert recovers well from his mystery illness/operation as porky, sweaty and hard working as the guy is i am guessing he had a heart attack and if squirmur and no show have to run the board this draft will suck..
