Burfict would need to go to a team with a lot of structure so he doesn't fuck his career up. Kinda like Jimmy Smith going to the Ravens last year (Burfict could also go there).
Kinda like how Tannehill should go to a team with an established QB so he can learn. If the Pats didn't already have Mallet he'd probably be going there.

I got to admit I was all on the Burfict bandwagon a couple months ago. But he flopped huge at the combine I think he ran a 5.1 40. He's predicted to be a 4-5th rounder. I still think he might be able to have some success if he matures but it would have to be with a team like the Steelers.

why do people want Burfict?
Thank you. Why do people want Burflict? From what I have observed, the guy makes highlight plays, but he makes more bonehead plays and is more often out of position than in position.

Crazy to think this guy was a high first at the start of the year, and most likely will now be a 4th or 5th rounder. We need speed at LB not another guy to watch chase TEs down the field.

To be fair, the story Schefter broke before this one was the Hillis to the CIA story. That story turned out to be 100% false. So you have to take anyone's insider scoop with a grain of salt.

He ran a 4.9. He has great instincts. I would take him based on on-the-field work than his combine stuff. Yeah he fell with his combine, but IMHO would be a steal in 3-4 if he were actually to fall that far. I could see a team like the Ravens, Pats, or Steelers taking him in the second and him becoming an absolute beast.

Dude he is dropping like a rock, he isn't going in the second. He blamed everyone else for his problems last yr during interviews, had poor performance at the combine, and runs around blockers instead of fighting through him. No thanks, we dont need more suck.

Sorry I will take Mike Mayock over Skip Bayless everytime. Mayock thinks he has tons of issues I wouldnt consider him any earlier than the 5th rd.
