  • I heard about this stuff awhile ago, it sounds pretty nasty.

    But America's eating habits are so fucked up I can see where a process like this comes about (I mean, pizza counts as a vegetable in school lunches). If we didn't eat as much and as poorly I'm sure we'd be better off.

    Jamie Oliver's bit there was mostly just a shock and awe thing. I would think if it was truly dangerous, we wouldn't be served it. Still, its not that pleasant thinking you might be.

    The republican thing to do would be to look the other way on account the pink slime is actually edible beef and the ammonium hydroxide process used to clean it has been considered generally safe since 1975 or so. That way a private corporation can make money and not go out of business or raise the cost of your meat. Jesus, think, don't emote, hysterical parrot.   • Nope. I can just buy grass anf corn/oats fed beef from a local farmer with cattle.

    In fact, we have a combine now, and I can harvest his grain in return for free beef.

    But I do plan on talking to the local grocer. (btw, we sell more tomatoes in the summer, than

    he does in a year).

    And, if you notice, I never call anyone "Retarded". It's not fair to those who really do have

    learning disabilities.

    You may as well use the "n" word, etc.

    But you libs emote, and part of that emotional outburt business, is personal attacks with

    labels.
