Offical Updated Thread For Browns Moves

Browns get Rucker from cincy, DE

[VaporTrail]

How old is he?

[Harry Buffalo]

28-29

[Gips]

Rucker is a solid signing and i was relieved to hear the regime never really considered flynn..

Go Browns!

Colt really needs a legit target or two not to mention a RB and some right side protection..

[19Browns64]

rucker's in town, lock up your daughters

[19Browns64]

Also, this is a shitty thread, i award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.

The Browns haven’t had a premier pass rusher in quite some time. Rucker is unlikely to be the answer, but he could help as a rotational rusher off the bench.

No, definitely not "the answer".

The Browns are starting to piss me off again

Listen to Booms drunken rant of how this is a Tax Write off team and why we never see our owner, why we don't spend big money in FA, and why winning in Cleveland will not happen. Drunk or not he only stated facts LIVE on the air, when the fuck are we going to wake up? who knows

[BadNewsBrowns]

Browns sign Juqua Parker 33 year old 6'2 250 DE formally with Philly.

[Harry Buffalo]

Browns just resigned Cousins.

[PoeticG]

...and Alex Smith.

[choco]

isnt the plan obvious? cause if its pissing you off, try paying attention.

we're already saying by signing parker and rucker that RDE will be address either late in the draft, or next year. these guys create a rotation with schaefering to maintain the DL this year.

why would they do this you ask?

offensive draft.

[Tim Couch Pulls Out]

Sayonara, sucker.

Be wary... It is far from a given that Tate's zone-blocking scheme success in Houston would translate to us.

The fact that Tate is a better runner than any we have now and the fact that we NEED a good RB for a decent price are reason enough for us to take a risk. Any RB's zone-blocking scheme may or may not translate with us. But we need an RB and we need a good one.

Browns are looking at signing OLB Lawson.

Well he looks like he is better than Fujita is, has been healthy the past 3 seasons, and if fast and athletic which is something we have been missing at the OLB spot. Plus other teams are going after him too including the Packers so he must bring something to the table.

Goddammit, now they say we arent interested.. I was just about to get excited because these are exactly the free agents we need to sign... Fill a hole, still young, wont break the bank or ruin future plans with a long term contract... I have a ton of patience and trust in H&H, but come on, lets "be interested" at least in a couple decent, low risk free agents to fill some holes...
