  • Here is today's Trivia Question for 3/27/2012:

Morris Claiborne of LSU is one of the candidates for the Browns #4 selection.

Question is: Once upon a time the Browns drafted a Defensive Back from LSU in the first round who had 30 interceptions in his career, which is tied for 5th all time in Browns history.

    Who was this LSU DB?

(another feature of the daily trivia question: I will note an interesting tidbit that happened this day in history, and here is the tidbit for March 27:

On this day in 1998 the FDA approved the use of Viagra to the general public)

  • First thought was Bernie Parrish (get it, Louisiana / Parrish... 🙄 ), but no...

Will withhold reply since I cheated... although I remember this name and I swear I once had his Bubblegum Card...

Not Bernie Parish (maybe they should give away baseball/football cards with the purchase of a bottle of Viagra!)

  • I was going to guess Clarence Scott, but I knew he wasn't from LSU ... so I, too, cheated and looked it up.

Do we have any trivia questions where the answer is "Earl Little"? We once embraced.

    Zombo

What does Zombo call his Schmekel?

  • This question has still not been answered. Any more guesses?

  • Moving right along the answer to this question is:

Ken Konz drafted #14 overall in 1951 by the Browns from LSU. He had 30 career interceptions.

Those Browns with more career Ints than Konz:

    Thom Darden 45

    Warren Lahr 44

    Clarence Scott 39

Tommy James 34 (he had no help from the Shondells)

Cliff Lewis 30 tied with Konz
