Wanted to toss Troy Pomassbag in that category but i dont think he is in the top 20 for picks

Several of you got the correct answers: Ed Reed and Charles Woodson. (guys like Barber and Bailey and Polamalu are not in the Top 20. Darren Sharper is 6th all time but he is retired)
Ed Reed is tied for 11th with 57 career Ints.
Charles Woodson is tied for 20th with 54 career Ints.
