  • Republicans don't want Simpson Bowles because it's got Obamacare in it. They want the Ryan plan, which they just passed.

    The system seems to be working just fine passing bills. You just don't like what they pass. That makes two of us.

    Those 38 votes were pretty evenly divided.

    There are things I like in obama care, and nationalized healthcare is probably inevitable.

    But if it needs to be scrapped and rebuilt it's fine with me.

  • All the dems needed to do was to create a bill that supplied a gov health availability program.

    That's all. Not thousands of pages of over-reaching gov intrusion bs.

    That's just it. They tried to use the legit problem for an illegal gov intrusion into hc, for political purposes.

    So, after? it's kicked to the curb, I believe, in it's entirety, it's strictly a democrat-Obamao nightmare.

    They went for it all, using problems in hc availability as an excuse, and soon the American people are

    going to be po'd that they deliberately went and nearly screwed America over.

    Without even reading the bill. So they could "find out what's in it".

    And all obamao's little dem congressional parrots will have that debacle on their resume

    for all Americans to see.A universally observed disaster instead of a solution.

    Which, seems to happen most of the time with libs.

    Their emotions always contradict their falsely claimed intentions.
