Why would you ask Browns fans to vote on who other teams should take?

I don't know why you should be upset at only 100 some votes deciding this. In reality there are only going to probably 5 votes that determine the decision:
Lerner, Holmgren, Heckert, Shurmur, and maybe Childress.
If you are not one of them, your vote don't mean Dick:

He is doing one team per day. Once each team has selected, that is like that team having picked....and that player is taken off the board for subsequent teams (just like in the real draft). If he left it open for each team to take a week to choose, then it would take 32 weeks to do this mock draft. n32 days is long enough

I note, as of today the following choices are made;
Colts: Luck
Skins: RGIII
Vikings: Kalil
Browns: Richardson
Bucs: Claiborne
Rams: Blackmon
Jagss: voting today
Unlike the other choices however where it seems that like 85% of all fans agreed, only 43% chose TR for the Browns (I chose Blackmon)
