I, for one, am pretty happy. The only knock against the guy is his age. I bet he starts for 4 years. We will get a starting RT or WR tomorrow.

First time post here...but I must say I am disgusted with our second pick. We BADLY needed a WR and RT, and we take a QB (I know we needed a QB, but in my opinion this was early to take one). In addition to taking the wrong position at 22, we take a player who is 28. My main problem here is that Weeden better be able to IMMEDIATELY come in and start for us. There should be no McCoy vs. Weeden controversy. This HAS to be our starting QB from day 1. If not, we just completely wasted a pick which had HUGE potential

there was not a WR worth the 22nd pick once Wright was gone. Weeden is a great QB, only knock is he is 29...So what..
I am happy as can be, because I do not have to see COLT behind center for the Browns...

This is playing out just right for the Browns. The receivers are still there. The linemen are still there. They have an arm and a running back they haven t had in years .
